Accommodation

We can be flexible with both your check-in and your check -out time. Kindly inform us prior your arrival of when you would like to check in and when you would like to check out in order for us to accommodate that.

Cleaning

Cleaning service is provided prior your arrival, however additional cleaning services are available upon request ,with an extra charge. If you wish to get cleaning service please contact our representative or me.

We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. All guests should keep the property and all furnishings clean, undamaged and in good order and condition and they should only use appliances for their intended uses.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request but the guest has to insure that they will clean up after their pets toilet needs and the pets are NOT allowed to stay on the furniture, beds etc.

Events

Any kind of event or party is NOT allowed.

Commercial

Any kind of commercial event photo/ video shooting is NOT allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors using the ashtrays for the cigarette butts.

Damages

I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to our representative or me during your stay or before checking out.

Pool rules

The use of the swimming pool is at your own responsibility. Children under the age of 18, persons with disabilities and persons that do not know how to swim must be supervised by an adult at all times. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool, especially if you have applied lotion/cream on your body; there is an outdoor shower besides the pool.
Food, drinks and glasses are not allowed in the pool area, however they are allowed on the tables next to the sunbeds
The pool is reserved for swimming; any other noisy game in or around the pool should be avoided but we do understand that children want to have fun when in the pool.

Quiet hours

Many of our neighbors live here full-time. Therefore please respect the officially “quite hours” in Greece. These are from 15:00 – 17:30 and after 23:00.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 adults and with the possibility to also host children and infants. People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property.

Bathroom

There are shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided in the bathrooms. Should you need refill, please contact our representative or me. Please do NOT throw paper or other items/trash in the toilet! Use the trash bin provided in the bathroom

Security

Please remember to lock all doors and windows before you leave the villa. Even pulling the blinds down will enhance your security and keep your belongings safe. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for bankcards/cash or valuables lost in the house, garden and its surroundings. Our friendly advice is to keep all money and valuables with you when going out.

Energy saving

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.

Additional notes

Please ensure that you remember to take the keys with you when you leave the property for your daily excursions. Don’t forget to lock the main door and all balcony/window doors on your way out.
Please turn off the ACs and the fireplace during inclement weather
You are kindly requested to close the sun shades when it is windy or during bad weather. In case you use the water heater please turn it off after each use.
Please note that the water is drinkable.

Trash

When you wish to throw away rubbish, please note that the nearest rubbish bins are located in the corner by the main road as you drive or walk to or from the villa.

Compliance

Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.
We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.

Check out

Check out is from 07:00 until 11:00 unless something else has been agreed. Please inform our representative or me of when you wish to check out so that we can come and say good bye to you, collect the keys and check that everything is in order.
