Here you can relax by the private 40m2 infinity pool, or unwind in the outdoor shaded lounge area with its wine-corner and enjoy every single moment of your holiday experience or perhaps take a stroll in the garden surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees.
A paradise for couples, families, sports’ enthusiasts, archeology enthusiasts, explorers, and wine and dine lovers. And it is, of course, the perfect spot for the sea & beach lovers as it takes only a few minutes (by car) to reach one of the many beautiful beaches the region offers.
This is an idyllic destination for those seeking a quiet paradise, but still within reach of village life with the picturesque fishing village of Kiveri only 3km away. If you prefer a more bustling cosmopolitan place, with wider choice of restaurants, shops and nightlife, then the historical and venetian city of Nafplio is just 17km away.
This residence offers a unique blend of modern design and comfort.
The villa size is 150m2 plus an independent guesthouse (20m2) - a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allows this location to host up to 8 adults. The independent guest house is wheelchair accessible. There is also ample outdoor space and a beautiful garden.
There is an open space living room and dining area with a modern gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen where all areas provide an unique sea view. The outdoor space includes a dining area with one gas bbq and one traditional, Greek coal bbq. Both the outdoor dining / bbq and the lounge area are provided with shading systems.
Parking spaces are available for up to 5 cars and the villa and guesthouse entrances are easily accessed from the parking area, either by using the stairs or the footpath for easy luggage transportation, enabling people with disabilities or for pushing a baby carriage.

Hi, I'm Sophia, your host, and I'm here to assist you with your accommodation needs.
I am Greek/Swedish, and my background is in graphic design and fine arts. With a career spanning many years in Greece, I am inspired by the light, flavors, and aromas of the Mediterranean, which, when combined with Scandinavian design, can create a truly timeless look and feel.
Since 2013, interior design has been a significant part of my life and a great passion of mine. My vision is to create a unique, one-theme design that works harmoniously across all spaces and rooms. I believe that colors, mood, and style go hand in hand to create a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere.
Blue Hill Villa began construction in 2014 and is a project I hold close to my heart. I personally oversaw the project and also made the architectural and design choices for it based on our family’s needs. I wanted the space to be warm and welcoming, practical and elegant.
Over the years, Blue Hill Villa has undergone some redecorations to improve the house and its exterior and to add that extra touch of look and feel, while always keeping in mind the importance of also creating a functional space that everyone could enjoy.
We are a big family with four children who are adults and our family keeps growing!
Why Arcadia? The location with its breathtaking views is less than a 2-hour drive from Athens and requires no ferry to get there making it easily accessible. Everything one needs is close by—the grocery store, butcher, tavernas, restaurants, bars, wineries, beaches and the beautiful nature that surrounds the area. Besides these amenities, the area also offers plenty of choices on how to spend your days and things to do.
While you may prefer to relax at Blue Hill Villa, you always have the option of booking an activity in the area or exploring vibrant Nafplion, charming Kiveri, or Astros - as they all are just a short drive away. Finally, my husband, Espen, and I truly hope you will enjoy Blue Hill Villa as much as we do with our family when we spend time there.
